Matt was always willing to explain all the options available in detail, what each procedure would entail and then what he recommended and was then planning to do, as well as the expected experience and outcomes. This was a very reassuring experience and kept it real but positive. I'm so pleased with the outcome of my shoulder operation and the aftercare, and I continue to make good progress with physio. It was really pleasing that Matt left the door open to see him again if progress stopped, but so far, after 6 weeks post-op, to see the improvements experienced is really positive, and I'm really pleased.

Mr. Ravencroft was always personable and explained clearly what would happen especially on operation day. I was never made to feel rushed at any of my appointments and am very happy that he was my consultant.
