The whole experience was absolutely excellent. Dr Phillips described everything with clarity, explaining the options and outcomes. It was the first time I have ever listened to music during a procedure and I really enjoyed it. I thought the whole experience was amazing!

My experience in the care of Mr Phillips was excellent. Particularly as someone whose primary hobbies involve strenuous use of my hands - handbalancing, acrobatics and bouldering - my recent hand injury was having a huge impact on my quality of life as well as limiting my daily functioning. Yet I was also worried about the risks associated with any invasive interventions.
