Mr. Falworth has a very kind, caring and warm attitude. His interpretation of the diagnostic images along with his working explanation of the mechanics of the shoulder joint gave me a full understanding of the medical issue, the purpose of the guided injection and the anticipated outcome of physiotherapy. The next steps should the physiotherapy fail to achieve the desired results were also carefully explained.

Mr Falworth listened, investigated and calmly explained everything fully enabling me to make informed decisions. I am now three and half months post surgery and so far so good.
