To date, he has performed over 1000 cervical and lumbar disc replacements, and over 1000 anterior lumbar approaches (LLIF, XLIF, OLIF and ALIF). From Mar 2020, he was approved as an Premier Reference Centre for Excelcius GPS Robot Miminally Invasive Spine Surgery.
Mr Lam has been involved in a number of key spine product developments. He bas been a consultant for Depuy-Synthes (part of Johnson and Johnson), Medtronic, Nuvasive and Globus.
