Mr Conn identified my knee problem through listening and undertaking diagnostic tests. He explained each stage of the process and the findings and answered all my questions comprehensively. He outlined the options for treatment clearly and gave me time to reflect and make the decision to go ahead with surgery. The surgery process was straightforward and I felt totally confident with the procedure. Mr. Conn kept in touch with me directly after the operation and a few days later. I would not hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him for orthopaedic matters.

I am a 69 year old TV presenter and broke my hip in a riding accident. In addition to the break, I was distraught & frightened. Mr Conn calmed me, explained everything clearly, and reassured me magnificently. As a journalist, I also asked lots of questions & he answered them all - clearly, honestly & calmly. The surgery was a triumph, the after-care faultless, the insistence on following the physio' instructions firm and logical, and Mr Conn & his staff have remained in contact with me. I am fully functioning and was back at work within a couple of weeks. I have literally no complaints but am deeply grateful and totally satisfied.
