I felt at ease straight away and he listened to everything I said. Genuinely a really lovely consultant who was interested and wanted to help. He would make a nervous adult or child feel relaxed and I highly recommend seeing him. Simply put not like any other GP or consultant I have ever seen before. I wish all doctors were like this!

Dr Kapoor and his team are excellent. I always felt I was in good hands and he cared about my symptoms. I had surgery performed by him and it made me recover after months of feeling sick. He was always a pleasure to speak to and I couldn't recommend him enough.

I cannot speak highly of Mr Kapoor. He is extremely kind, patient and really listens to you and your concerns, ensuring that you are fully involved in your care at all times.

From my perspective, my consultation with Mr Kapoor was an ideal example of an interaction with a specialist. I was given space to explain all symptoms or information that I considered relevant to my issue. Mr Kapoor listened attentively and walked me through every step of the examination and provided reassurance during it. After the examination, he explained his findings and his conclusions, and he took time to answer my questions, including my request to understand the reasoning behind the management plan. Mr Kapoor was caring and compassionate through the entire visit, which is something I really appreciated.
