Very efficient and reassuring pre-op. Good level of facts. Realistic about post-op pain. Everything healed nicely. Would recommend without hesitation. Procedure was on my ten year old, she scored him 5/5. Whole team he worked with were lovely with children and helped keep nerves at bay.
