In 2017, Jordan received a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Physiotherapy from the European School of Physiotherapy, Amsterdam. While in Amsterdam, he gained experience working with the Dutch under 21's national rugby and basketball teams. He was also the Physiotherapist at the Amsterdam rugby club, wheelchair rugby club, football team and swimming teams. During one of his placements, he worked alongside the Maltese Olympic Team to assist with the rehabilitation of elite level athletes.
After receiving HCPC registration, Jordan completed his Physiotherapy rotations at the William Harvey Hospital, Ashford. He worked in a variety of fields as a junior Physiotherapist including ITU, medicine, cardiology, respiratory, orthopaedics and musculoskeletal (MSK).
Two years into his career, Jordan specialised as a Senior Physiotherapist in MSK, managing a complex caseload of acute injuries, chronic conditions and post-operative rehabilitation. He lead a variety of classes in the gym and the hydrotherapy pool at the hospital. His caseload was spread across the hospital setting and several GP practices in the local area.
Jordan started working as Senior Physiotherapist at Benenden Hospital in 2019 before progressing to Physiotherapy Lead in May 2020. He now manages a complex caseload of MSK and orthopaedic patients, working alongside a team of highly skilled Physiotherapists, Consultants, Nurses and Pharmacists. His role is to manage the daily running of the department and service development.
