Mr Dyer was excellent. Explained everything and took time to listen. Would have no hesitation in visiting him again. Unfortunately, the administration of my appointment through Spire and South Coast Urology was awful and has led to a formal complaint to try to help them to improve.

Your practice support is appalling. 1. Upon clear instruction to your secretary not to send medical information to my address it was sent. My father knew about my cancer before I did. He is 91 and was extremely affected by this. 2. I handed sensitive medical history documents to the Shire reception. These documents were clearly addressed to this consultant and were lost. They are still missing. 3. A CT was requested by the consultant. This was not actioned by secretarial staff. This had to be actioned by myself and the consultant in order arrange it. TBC. Very shoddy and I will travel out of area to find decent administrative support for medical assistance in the future. I will also send this report to my medical insurance provider.
