There is absolutely Noone in this Universe that I would entrust the most valuable part of my very being to. Mr Jonathon Britto's middle name is INTEGRITY, If he feel that certain procedures are unnecessary, he will tell you so & why. No question for him is too simple or silly, because for YOU, it's important, and he knows that, & will take the time to explain ( and sometimes multiple times over) but will revisit your concern over & over until he feels you understand the rationale. You walk out of your consultation walking on air, as, as much as Mr Britto understands we all are looking for improvements to ourselves, and, yes he knows he can work his magic to enhance it all, and expertly, naturally & not over done in any way(I already know this myself through personal experience) he also validates you as a individual self powered being that already has the Beauty that shines from within. I really can't recommend Mr Britto any more highly than I have above already....Please do not look any further if you are thinking of any surgical enhancement of any kind to any part of your body, there really is NO other. And The Lovely Karen Sargeant, Aesthetician, whose knowledge, care, attention & custom made treatments, are equally of the highest calibre, working alongside Mr Britto and of the same approach, concern and attention to detail in all regards... I find that Jonathan listens to what I have to say plus he has always given me his honest opinion when I ask questions. I trust him and I never feel I have to have anything done. He always explains everything, pros and cons, even drawing for me what will be done. I am sent detailed outlines of the procedure and facts about aftercare. Every operation I have had I go in with confidence knowing exactly what’s happening. He recently showed me a video of my last procedure which I found helpful. I trust him and he knows what he is doing. He is very approachable and patient centred and after a procedure I can ring direct and have video calls if necessary,

I found my whole experience with Mr Britto to be extremely positive. He gave his time generously, and took trouble to understand my own worries and thoughts. I felt I was really being heard. The outcome has been excellent, exactly what I’d hoped for, and I can’t praise his attention over the last few months enough.

Fine choice of surgeon. Completely at ease in his presence, discussed my hopes and issues, and received a full, fair appraisal back from Mr Britto. My only fear was the twilight anaethesia, which Mr Britto assured me was the best option for quicker healing. He wasnt wrong! On the day of surgery I was relaxed, excited, and a bit anxious only to find that the twilight anaethesia was quite brilliant. I could respond to his verbal requests, then return to my peaceful slumber. But better still, his choice of music during the proceedures totally added to the relaxing atmosphere. I was also concious for some of the proceedures and listened intently to what was going on before slipping back into sleep. I felt no pain. Immediately post Op I could get up, eat, drink and wasnt too uncomfortable. It was a long proceedure, and I was allowed home after an hr or so. Back in the clinic next day for a check up and dressing change. I have been back twice now and seen Mr Britto both times, he is happy, I am more than happy although its early days yet, but the results are very apparent already. I would (and have already) recommended Mr Britto, and he will be my go to surgeon in future.

I booked in to see Mr Britto after years of being unhappy with a mole on my face and I wish I had done so sooner. From my first appointment Mr Britto made me feel at ease. He inspected my mole and talked me through the best procedure to remove it. The follow up communications with his practice were clear and helpful. On the day of the procedure Mr Britto kept me calm by talking to me throughout, and before I knew it the mole had been removed. I had no pain or discomfort, and found the healing instructions easy to follow. I am absolutely delighted with how the scar has healed, it is now about 18 months since the procedure and the scar is barely there. I cannot recommend Mr Britto enough and thank him for doing such a great job - I am no longer self-conscious because of the mole on my face.

My experience with Mr Britto was nothing other than amazing. Hand on heart - this man and his clinic saved my life! I had been pushed from doctor to doctor before seeing Mr Britto, with none of the 5 I had seen, (3 at the surgery and 2 at A&E walk in) able to tell me exactly what was wrong. I lived week after week hating my appearance due to the ‘lesion’ on my lip, laying in bed shaking every morning through not wanting to even go to work and face people, not knowing if this would ever go away of get worse and worse and no one being able to tell me what was even wrong with me. I was also told twice by the surgery that it could be cancer… my mind was a mess. I had anxiety attack after anxiety attack. Life lost its fun and the future completely lost any promise. Then I was put on to Mr Britto and within 13 days of seeing him - I was operated on and cured and my life has never felt better and more fun again. From the first appointment with Mr Britto I knew I was 100% in safe hands. He diagnosed my problem within seconds of looking at me. Something 5 doctors couldn’t do between them in nearly 2 months. Mr Britto talked me through everything from what would happen and how it would be after. On the day of the operation I felt so calm as I knew Mr Britto would make me better. I was nervous when I went down for the operation but immediately put at ease when I saw Mr Britto and he spoke to me and ironed out any concerns or questions that I had. He was so polite, understanding and reassuring - something I badly needed. The operation went absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better result. I’ve seen Mr Britto since for my follow up appointments and he has been just as good there as before. My lip is now getting back to normal by the way and you couldn’t even tell I’ve had an operation unless you looked closely and studied it. Every single part of it went as smooth as I could have ever asked for. When I wasn’t speaking directly to Mr Britto, I was dealing with his clinic, in particular a lady named Jessica, who helped me book a time and date with Mr Britto and also answered all of my questions and worries in between and after. Jessica needs a mention in this as her care and speed on replying and communicating with me was exceptional. Talk about service… again, I couldn’t have asked for better and this reflected Mr Britto and his clinic as a whole. An absolute pleasure to have dealt with. Mr Britto also made me fully aware than the door was always open for me should I have any concerns at all. I honestly cannot praise this man enough.
