An extremely professional person who listens, explains everything very well. Nothing is too much trouble. You are put at easy and you feel that you've known him for years. Someone that genuinely cares.

He was very engaging and put me at my ease very easily, very down to earth and added humour into the conversations which was great. He listened when I explained my history of taking steroid injections and modified the levels appropriately to ensure i got the benefit i was seeking, this was really great to see. You could also see that his interaction with the nurses came across as a respectful partnership. i really appreciated his approach.

Our first point of contact was Mr Granville-Chapman's excellent medical secretary who understood our daughter's needs and the time sensitive nature of her operation. She alerted us as soon as there was a cancellation so we could be seen quickly. Mr Granville-Chapman was welcoming and reassuring. He clearly explained the necessary procedure and each step of my daughter's care. He explained the associated risks but not in an alarmist way given my daughter was in the consultation room. We felt very confident that he appreciated our concerns re timings and he, and his amazing secretary, arranged surgery (not so easy for a child with so many protocols in place regarding paediatric nursing care) to take place the following week. We were fully informed every step of the way. The surgery and after care were all exceptional.
