My experience of visiting Mr Rainsbury both at the initial consultation and the treatment appointment was nothing short of excellent. His manner was both compassionate and professional. His examination of me was thorough and gentle and I felt completely at ease with him the whole time. He explained my options for treatment and any possible risks involved. During the actual treatment I received Mr Rainsbury gave me the option of either just "getting on" with it or him guiding me through the process. This I thought was a very nice touch, always nice to be informed what is happening to me! In conclusion my experience with Mr Rainsbury was most satisfactory and I am even looking forward to my follow up appointment.

Mr Rainsbury was extremely helpful & professional throughout our interactions with him. As a mother with a young baby who ultimately required surgery, Mr Rainsbury took time to explain all the options & outcomes with clear detail & attention to detail that was greatly appreciated. On the day there were some last minute issues due to multiagency working, however Mr Rainsbury quickly smoothed these over & resolved things to ensure the best outcome for my baby. Mr Rainsbury saw me immediately after the surgery to let me know how things had gone, & visited myself & my daughter on the ward post surgery, to ensure things continued to go well. He ensured the ward staff covered his care plan & that my baby was comfortable. Mr Rainsbury made an unpleasant parental (and child) experience bearable due to his exceptionally positive and helpful attitude plus his attention to detail. Excellent surgeon and expert. Thank you Mr R!

I have been under the care of Mr Rainsbury for a couple of years now. Initially for a severe case of Cholesteatoma and latterly for sinus problems. Having been under ENT care for my whole life I have met a great number of ENT surgeons but none have commanded my confidence to the extent of Mr Rainsbury. My condition has been life changing but I have been extremely fortunate to have been looked after by Mr Rainsbury.
