Lovely experience, has a great manner that put my daughter at ease and a good no fuss approach which was refreshing not having to details or count up every absentee from school as a result of tonsillitis.

Hospital reception was a bit ragged on the day I visited. However, once the nurse escorted me to the clinic things were calm , welcoming and organised. My experience was a combination of feeling reassured, informed and heard about my condition.Started out rather nervous, this dissipated after feeling welcomed and encouraged to be a participant in understanding my condition,not just a patient. Highly recommended.
