Dr Lilly has been fantastic with our daughter Charlotte. He diagnosed her with glue ear and we had grommets inserted and it’s been a game change for her - she is a much happier child. Dr Lilly is kind and empathetic with charlotte who has Sen, and she loves going to see him!

Mr Lilly, quite simply, changed my two-year old daughter’s life in a matter of weeks, following a year long battle elsewhere. He is wonderfully kind and patient, he listened to me and all the concerns I had as her mother and he believed me. On the day of the operation, he put us totally at ease with what would happen and when, and I will never forget him flying back into the room as fast as he could to tell us that it had gone well and she was in recovery. He is a remarkable doctor and one to whom we will be forever thankful. Don’t hesitate to go and see him.

Mr Lilly was kind, gentle and thorough with the explanations and treatment for my daughter. She felt listened to and understood, which in turn gave me a lot of confidence and was very reassuring as a parent. I have already recommended Mr Lilly to a friend looking for an ENT doctor for her daughter.

Phenomenal all round. Never known anyone to be so invested in their patient. Also kept us parents informed all the way through

I am a general Paediatrician and have worked with Ian in his role as an ENT surgeon for over 10 years. He is the most caring clinician I know. His approach with children and parents is exemplary, always putting the child first and he goes above and beyond to provide a great service. I happily refer the children I look after to him, knowing he will provide a fantastic caring service.

I am pleased to have known Ian for over 20 years ... and in all that time, I have never not seen him smiling. Ian revels in his job, and he adores his patients ... and it's no surprise that children and their parents all adore Ian ... he is nigh on a perfect paediatric physician and surgeon, and I would trust him with my own.
