I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr I Gill who I met when he coincidentally also dealt with my husband last year. He is so approachable trustworthy and down to earth - he has this brilliant doctor/patient understanding which gives me confidence and piece of mind. Very satisfactory consultation with Mr Gill.
Visiting my daughter 160 miles from home and having had a fall a few days previously, I was in so much pain that she called an ambulance and I was taken to A&E where I was immediately taken for X-rays and CT scan which showed a fractured pubic ramil was admitted to Cambridge ward where I spent the next twelve days being cared for by the most dedicated staff who treated me with such kindness. My special thanks must go to Mr Gill for his care and understanding! Thanks to him I am now back to my own home and making rapid progress.
I recently donated to Kingston Hospital charity as a thanks for my treatment for a bunion removal in February by Mr Ian Gill and his team in orthopaedics.
I wasn't quite 'with it' last week when I visited Mr Gill in clinic and I did not immediately realise that I was being discharged. I wanted to thank Mr Gill so much for the care and attention I was given!!
I didn't have to wait much time at all. I was looked after well and everyone was very professional. Thank you.
Friendly staff and efficient service.
Good consultation, doctor listened carefully and gave clear explanations. Very pleased to have the option for 6 months to be able to contact the department directly if symptoms do reoccur.
I arrived 10-15 minutes before my appointment and was seen on time. I had a very clear consultation with Dr Middleton and was very happy.
It was just pleasant and professional.
The staff were polite and friendly, as well as the physiotherapist that I had an appointment with. I did not have to wait long for my appointment, which was very pleasing. The only negative was the car parking charges and the lack of spaces available.
Kind, professional, and informative.
The consultant treating my son personally cut his cast off herself because there was a back log of patients waiting to be seen. She didn't want him waiting too long. Amazing service.
Short waiting times and friendly, competent service.
