I had breast augmentation approx 10 years ago and was unhappy with the size. I did not want to go back to the same surgeon as replacement, involving reduction, along with an uplift is far more invasive and quite major. I spent a few months searching different Consultants and came across George Orfaniotis. I called his Secretary and spoke at length with his Secretary, Lian. She was very informative and I felt she was also very helpful and honest regarding all the costings involved. I felt a a bit apprehensive regarding paying for a consultation that was not offset against the procedure, as I was comparing other clinics. I am so glad I went through with this. As soon as I met Mr Orfaniotis I felt completely at ease. I had my daughter with me and her opinion was the same. At the age of 61 surgery is not taken lightly. I did not rush due to the pandemic, therefore surgery was scheduled about 4 months after the consultation, beginning of November. I cannot believe the outcome. I am extremely happy and recovering very well. I had what is called an anchor incisions, and the scarring from the nipple down is hardly noticeable about about 7 weeks. The reason I am writing this review is I looked long and hard at different reviews before choosing Mr Orfaniotis and I would therefore in turn like to help people who are researching before surgery. I also felt it was important to choose someone who carried out work in the NHS, as they are up to date with the latest in medical. I will just quote my name with initials and my date of surgery being Sunday, 7th November.

I chose Mr Orfaniotis as my surgeon as I like his approach regarding my elected treatment. He is extremely exprienced in facial surgery and that was very important to me. Everything during that first consultaion was explained very well. He was down to earth, did not try to over sell it and very thorough in telling me all that I needed to know. (the pros and the possible cons) I simply felt safe and secure in putting my operation in his hands. On the day of my surgery. He and his wonderful team made me feel completely secure and took away any lingering nerves I may have had. Everything was explained so well. I am delighted with the results. They are exactly what I expected and what I was told they would be. His calm and relaxed yet totally professional approach continues and I am assured that all my follow up appointments are garanteed to assure my satisfaction and continuing care.

Highly positive and professional experience from start to end. I decided to have a breast augmentation as I had relatively small breasts - cup A. I had 2 consultations with Dr Orfaniotis and he was always was very professional, answering all my questions and explaining risk associated with the surgery. I was able to try various sizes and I was not forced to select anything which I was not comfortable with. When I mentioned what outlook I wanted, Dr Orfaniotis was able to guide me what approximate implant size should I pick. I was also given a Crystalix visualization, which helped me understand how I may look after the surgery. Lian, doctor's PA was always very helpful and quickly answered all my follow up questions. I need to say that I had a lot of them, as it was my first surgery, so I really appreciate the doctor's patience. I had different consultations, however, I was not confident in selecting different doctor. Dr Orfaniotis listened to my needs and I felt that I am in good hands. That is why I decided to proceed with the surgery. The surgery itself was a very positive experience. I did not feel like anything was being rushed. Dr Orfaniotis checked on me before and after BA, which gave me a confidence that everything went well. Aftercare is of the highest standard. Every time when I was worried about something, swelling, pain or other topics, I could email or call and I was given an advise based on my condition. I can say I am extremely happy with the results, as I look proportionate and I feel that my new breasts suit my body. I would recommend Dr Orfaniotis to everyone as he is highly skilled surgeon, who cares about the patients.

I've wanted a mastopexy for years however I've always postponed the intervention being afraid of the risks or that the results might not be what I imagined. Finally this year I decided to go ahead, did my research and settled on doctor Orfaniotis and I was defnitely right with my decision. Thoughout this process I felt heard, respected and cared for. The intervention & healing after went really well, to the book and the scaring is minimal even at this point (3 months in). Now I probably just wished I had the guts to do this earlier but maybe I need to wait to find the right doctor.

I have wanted a breast reduction for many years but never really had the courage to do it. Dr George was recommended to me via a friend, I just needed the one consultation to know that he was the right surgeon to do the job. At my consultation he was so kind and knowledgeable and seems to understand me straight away. He explains the procedure thoroughly and wasn’t even phased about my complicated left boob! I had upper eyelid surgery in August to remove excess skin that was beginning to hang right over my eyelashes and impede my vision. The procedure was painless once the local anaesthetic had been administered - this was the worst part - and Dr Orfaniotis and his nurse were reassuring throughout the whole process, making me feel relaxed. Although the recovery period was initially uncomfortable, it was well worth it and I am delighted with the results. Dr Orfaniotis did an amazing job!

I have wanted a breast lift/reduction for over 20 years but was too nervous to go through the procedure. As I am now in my 50s, my breasts were getting worse, which greatly affected my confidence, so I decided to go ahead with the surgery. The process started with the initial communication with George’s PA Lian, who was absolutely wonderful. She was very informative and professional, yet extremely friendly and completely put any nerves to rest. My consultation with George was a very positive and warm experience, which confirmed my decision to proceed. Communication throughout was excellent, and when my surgery date finally came around, I was naturally nervous, but George completely put me at ease. The surgery went well but I did get some bruising to one of my nipples, for which I was looked after extremely well. I did have some worries as the bruising developed, however, I was offered an emergency appointment (the same day) to alleviate any concern. I found recovery difficult, as I also suffered from neuropathic pain (hypersensitivity), which I found quite distressing, but thankfully it didn’t last too long. Hanieh, who looked after me post op, was absolutely fantastic and contacted me almost daily to make sure I was ok. I couldn’t have asked for better care. There was an issue with a couple of my prescriptions, but the issues were sorted out very quickly. I am now 3 months post op and delighted with the results, my breasts are beautifully shaped and the scarring is unbelievably good (even better than I had hoped). I went on a holiday abroad 6 weeks post op, and it was wonderful being able to wear my summer clothing without a bra. It was completely liberating, and I can honestly say now that it is the best decision I ever made. I would like to thank George for his exceptional skill, and his gorgeous team for the fantastic way they looked after me. I can’t speak highly enough about George and his team and would highly recommend them for anyone considering having surgery.

This is a very lengthy review for a reason. Firstly I think it is very important to mention that I am an extreme weight loss patient who through diet and exercise lost 10stone. I have had extensive skin removal surgery all over my body and had the majority of the concerning areas taken care of abroad and at the same time. When it came to my breasts, I left them alone to be a one procedure surgery as I knew they would require someone's full attention. I had very severe ptosis/sagging due to the fact that my breasts had undergone such a shift in weight loss but they were still overfilling a G cup substantially. After doing extensive research for months, Mr Orfaniotis was someone that kept coming back to my mind. My goal was to maintain large breasts but have them sitting in the right place. After speaking with many surgeons, most of whom suggested very large reduction with implants, others speaking about free nipple grafting (cutting the blood supply to my nipples and grafting them rather than attempting to preserve the blood supply) I spoke with Mr Orfaniotis in a virtual consultation. I was in no doubt I had found the right surgeon for me. He was warm, listened to what I was hoping for and told me what we could likely achieve. During the face to face consultation pre-op, I was suffering with a seroma which is a common complication from my previous tummy tuck surgery that was causing me significant pain. When I mentioned this to him, without hesitation he rolled up his sleeves, examined the area and performed a procedure that sorted the problem immediately even though it had nothing to do with why I was there to see him. The surgery on my breasts was longer and more complex than first anticipated due to previous surgeries having interfered with certain areas that Mr Orfaniotis had to take into consideration but the operation went well. The size maintained is an E cup which was absolutely what we had verbally agreed beforehand (DD/E), the nipples were preserved and have very good blood flow and reactivity and fantastic symmetry has been achieved. Surgery is tough, mentally and physically and so it is so important to make sure that you do your research to find the right person for your needs. The people that Mr Orfaniotis has working alongside him are also incredible and couldn't be more helpful and accessible. As a team they took very good care of me and alleviated all the fears associated with the weird and wonderful processes your body goes through while healing. Without hesitation I would recommend Mr Orfaniotis. The size of my breasts wouldn't suit everyone but what is important for prospective patients to know is that he gave me exactly what I asked for while keeping expectations realistic and within the confines of optimal final aesthetic results. I need some minor revision work on other areas of my body and after experiencing his work once, he is the person that I will be going back to for my final surgery. I walked into an underwear shop for the first time in my adult life (34 yrs old) and bought bras that fit the contours of his work perfectly. I am incredibly grateful to Mr Orfaniotis.
