Any person considering face surgery would have thought long and hard about doing so. A huge part of this decision, for me, was based on research, reviews, and recommendation. I searched the internet for top rated surgeons in London and read reviews on the surgeons. Georgios's name kept coming up. It then pointed me to the Cadogan clinic where I read about all the surgeons and procedures. I emailed the clinic through the contact site but didn't receive a reply then decided to call them the next day. I spoke with Irena (Surgical Patient Advisor) at length about my concerns and she helped me make my decision. I decided to go with Georgios but then had to wait over two months to get a consultation which was not a surprise as he is a well sought-after surgeon that gave me good confidence. I was willing to wait but the time was eating me. A few weeks later a got an opening and managed to get a consultation where surgery was booked a month later. On meeting Georgios, I felt he understood my wishes and I gained trust in him based on what he shared. I was placing my life in his hands, and he knew this. Surgery day was a bit overwhelming. Reality kicked in as I was prepped for surgery. I felt anxious and nervous. A lot of uncertainty hit me. What if something goes wrong with the anaesthetic and I feel every cut (i know crazy right! :)) , what if there are complications and I am disfigured (another crazy thought I know!). My last memory was the anaesthetist talking about running then woke up with two nurses around me. I was alive! I had a bandage around my face but the front facing view was enough to make me do virtual cartwheels of happiness. Georgios smile on when he walked in was enough to give me that confidence that it all went well. I left the clinic after a few hours. The next few days I took some pain killers and completed the antibiotics. My face was feeling tight, but the pain subsided after 3 days and I had no bruising. My stitches were removed after week 1. I was sleeping well after day 2 and I was out and about on day 4. Week 4 I met with Georgios where we compared my before and after photos and wow! I am on another level. I am hugely pleased with the results and commend Georgios on a great job. I highly recommend Georgios as a surgeon if you want a top result!

I found Georgios Orfaniotis after reading many wonderful reviews online. Since my initial virtual and face to face consultation I knew he was the best surgeon and my mind was completely put at ease. He is professional, informative, highly experienced and friendly. The surgical team and nurses were amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience on the day. His secretary Lian and colleagues were always available to speak to and came back to me instantly with any queries I had, they were also very accommodating when I needed to rearrange my procedure after contracting covid. I was given the best pre and post procedure advice by his doctor who was available 24/7 for me to contact if I needed her. She was really kind and gentle when I visited her a week later to change my dressings. I’m over the moon with my breast implants, the treatment has given me so much confidence to wear bikinis and clothes that I’ve never been able to buy before and It’s great not having to wear padded push up bras all the time. I have since recommended 2 friends and will continue to recommend him to everyone. Thank you so much, it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and I’m a very happy girl!

My whole experience with George Orfaniotis has been so great. Beyond grateful I found him. So at the initial consultation George spent time explaining where stitches/scar would be and went through realistic expectations. He answered all my questions and when I asked about other procedures he said I didn’t need and explained how a deep plane could help mid face and also my neck to some extent. He was also very confident with navigating nerves during surgery and I knew he’d done lots of facial reconstruction work. Again this was very reassuring to me. On the day of the op everything was so well organised but felt totally relaxed, his whole team was great, even the anethestist when seeing I got a little anxious reassured me and was brilliant. George explained after I had bruised quite a lot but some people do more than others and not to worry. Recovery was great and I was so comfortable throughout. Never any pain and I slept well. About 2 weeks into healing I felt one of my eyes looked ‘pulled?’ But it was just swelling subsiding and again George reassured me here and after speaking with him it actually settled again within 2 days. I’m over the moon with results now. They are so natural but have made such a difference, not just aesthetically but to my mental health. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending George to anyone. A fantastic surgeon on so many levels.

This doctor was brilliant, super understanding of my personal issues and helpful in his solutions. The healing process is explained well and help/advice is accessible throughout the process. This doctor and his team are caring and professional.

I couldn’t fault Mr Orfaniotis. I’ve had surgeries elsewhere and have to say this was by far the best experience. Listened to what I wanted, advised on the best course of action and likely outcome. Added to that he’s a really nice guy. I will be going to him for repeat surgery.

Mr Orfaniotis is a brilliant surgeon who possesses all the attributes you could possibly want from a facial plastic surgeon. Firstly, he has incredible surgical skills as a result of his rigorous training and extensive experience as a facial reconstructive specialist. This means he has a deep understanding of facial anatomy and working with facial nerves so you know you are in safe and competent hands. Secondly his surgical technique, which is the ‘deep plain’, is amongst the most technically advanced in this field and produces beautiful natural results with the most longevity. Thirdly, he is able to combine his amazing surgical skills with artistic flair and principles to produce exceptional outcomes. I was so impressed with the photos of his work, and when I met him I knew that I could trust him implicitly with my face. Finally he is very honest, personable and easy to talk to. I recently had a deep plain short scar face lift combined with a platysmaplasty, submental chin liposuction and a lip lift carried out in the same operation. My results are just phenomenal and I am absolutely delighted. He has rejuvenated my face so wonderfully, subtly and naturally in a way that has made such a profound difference to how I look and feel. I personally consider him to be amongst the very best of the facial surgeons working in the UK. My jowls and deep nasolabial folds have been corrected leaving me with a lovely jawline and contour, and my neck laxity has been addressed with the platysmplasty. Finally the liposuction has improved my face beyond words and the lip lift has added the final touch. His suturing and stitching is so delicate that after two weeks the scars are already fading. I am so grateful to Mr Orfanitois and his wonderful team who provide the aftercare. He is beyond gifted and talented, as close to a genius as you could get! I am just amazed at what he has achieved.

Considering the prospect of allowing someone else to slice and remodel my face was a decision not taken easily. One's face will never be the same again. The face, the mirror, the me. For better, for worse. So, to enter into this moment was a kind of marriage to my free will. We see programs like "botched" and the horror for too many people who entrust their souls to others. So, I can only say that I entrusted my future face to Georgios. Three months post-surgery I cannot express how happy I am. Not only do I look younger but the result looks so natural. As the major stakeholder in all of this I understood everything about the process. I felt very safe and supported and when I had any questions, Georgios was always there to help. In the early days post-surgery one is concerned about swelling, bruising and the stitches but I had excellent support. This is not an inexpensive procedure, but I would say that when it come to the face and body one needs to make sure and do the research on surgeons. Lowest cost is not the answer. What price for happiness? The medical profession has a range of "specialist" surgeons however they are not all the same and they need to be well rehearsed in their art. That is the important point. Despite all the scientific and technological abilities there is still an artistry and that is reflected in the face the surgeon creates. It was still me, but a younger me, not someone else.
