From the very beginning on consultation everything was fully explained what to expect and he honestly told about possible unpleasant moments after the operation. In addition to this, there were sent documents fully explaining everything. On the day of the surgery everyone was very attentive and caring no stress,no long wait .The postoperative period also went smoothly. If I had any questions, I got immediate answers. I I recently had a ‘lip lift’ surgical procedure done by Mr George Orfaniotis. I’m blown away by the results, it’s only been two months and my scar is barely visible. I had been feeling self conscious about my top lip for many years, having had lip fillers from a young age, my top lip looked slightly droopy, and with such a big gap from my nose to lip. I had a lip lift procedure with Mr Orfaniotis in April 2022, following an initial consultation via Zoom to assess my suitability, and a follow up appointment in his rooms at The Shard in London. I'm 73 years old and felt that my long philtrum and thinning top lip made me look even older. He agreed and assured me the procedure would result in a significant improvement. I was fully informed about what to expect and I underwent what seemed to be a textbook procedure on the day. Mr Orfaniotis is a very highly skilled and experienced plastic surgeon who does other types of surgeries, including facial reconstruction, so I had every expectation that my outcome would be successful - and it has been. I'm now 5 months post op and the length of my philtrum has been reduced from 22mm to 14mm. The scar is hardly noticeable, and still improving week by week. I had some discomfort in the week following the procedure but that was alleviated with over-the-counter pain relief. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Orfaniotis - apart from his great skill, he's the most charming and personable man and you will be delighted with your choice.

I felt heard, all my concerns and worries were addressed fully. I felt supported throughout the process. When I did have a concern Mr Ofaniotis rang me (Saturday evening) and I felt completely reassured. I am thrilled with the results and enjoying feedback from friends and family who know about my surgery and those who don’t. The result is so natural. I had minimal bruising despite a 5 hour operation. I stopped taking paracetamol after two days and I have healed incredibly well. Mr Ofaniotis is in my opinion a brilliant surgeon.
