Very attentive to my individual problems. Mr Alo saw me over a period of years and offered a number of pre operative solutions, which were all effective but didn't, solve my condition long term. An operative approach was considered and after much consultation, went ahead. I was kept updated and aware of what Mr Alo intended to do and this went ahead without any complications. Although I am still experiencing some symptoms, these were explained to Mr Alo on my first post operative consultation and was comforted to know that I will be having a further follow up appointment with Mr Alo in six months time when these symptoms will be addressed further if still present. I am continuing with my programme of physio therapy and am prescribed effective pain relief. I felt listened to and heard by Mr Alo, his approach gave me complete confidence.
