Mr Lee put me at ease from the beginning of the consultation to the end. He fully explained his findings after carrying out a thorough examination. He told me what cataract surgery involved, including the associated risks, not just the benefits. As I result I decided that choosing to go ahead is the right decision.

Consultation with Mr Lee for my mum was excellent, he explained the procedure she needs clearly and has a lovely manor which puts you at ease.

I was impressed and pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency with which Mr Lee and his staff; 1. responded to my Opticians referral; 2. Arranged a consultation and informed me of the arrangements and cost. 3 Diagnosed what was wrong and explained the consequences and treatment required, 4, Advised me on my claim for insurance, 5. Arranged treatment, 6. confirmed everything in writing within 12 hours of me seeing him. The only thing that was not done within 12 hours was to send me his bill. , diagnosed my problem, explained the treatment and the likely implications
