A first class doctor from start to finish, very relatable to deal with a sympathetic to my demands of my work and fitting the procedure around that. Great explanation of what was going to be done so I was comfortable that I knew exactly what was happening step by step.

Mr Knox has a very pleasant, caring manner. He listened carefully to my explanation of how I sustained my injury and the ongoing issues. After examination he explained clearly the extent of my injury, drawing diagrams to aid my understanding of the shoulder joint and my issues.
