Mr Elson was great from beginning to end. He intially spoke to me on the phone after I booked online. During our face to face appointment he was friendly, warm and welcoming. He really spent time getting to understand the difficulties I was having with my knee and reflecting on potential options to help moving forward. Thankfully nothing was needed imminently and he even gave be a better outlook on my knee than I had been given previously, this was invaluable. Great guy and highly recommended
