About

Dr Daniel Wood is a Consultant Urologist who specializes in Paediatric Urology and Care. He is based at the University College London Hospital, but he also works at the: Harley Street Clinic Diagnostic Centre, the Princess Grace Hospital, the Portland Hospital and London Urology Associates. Dr Wood has experience in the general urology practice as well as reconstructive urology. He worked a variety of patients and gained skills in female reconstruction, urethroplasty, artificial urinary sphincters and surgery for congenital malformations. He often sees patients with congenital urological anomalies such as the neurogenic bladder, differences in sexual development, bladder exstrophy. 

Dr Wood has published numerous articles and book chapters, as well as being an Editor of the Journal of Paediatric Urology. He is involved in teaching as an Education Supervisor of Urology at UCLH and was previously a Director of the Urology Speciality Training program. He delivers lectures at universities around the country and internationally.
