Excellent all round

Daniel was extremely approachable, easy to talk to, explained things in a my very professional but relaxed manor. I do wish more doctors were as good as Daniel with their bedside manor.

Excellent - I was very well looked after and continually kept informed . Mr Cohen explained everything that will happen during the biopsy and was very thorough with the examination and post biopsy results

I found Mr Daniel Cohen very approachable and understanding. Everything was explained clearly to me and though it was clear that there were many more patients due to see Mr Cohen, I did not feel that I was 'rushed' in any way. Though my next experience at the Spire Diagnostic Centre in Elstree left a lot to be desired, this was not a reflection on the quality of service afforded to me by Mr Cohen. The follow-up consultation was excellent and I was so pleased with how that was undertaken by Mr Cohen. I am really hopeful that Mr Cohen can improve my quality of life over the next few months, so until we meet again Mr Cohen, it's been a 10/10 experience for me so far!
