Both meetings I had with Mr Southgate were good. He was polite and friendly. During the initial visit, he explained what the problem was and what could be done to potentially address it. I felt reassured and confident to agree with having the surgery. During our second meeting, prior to the operation itself, again I felt reassured and was happy to proceed with the surgery as planned.
