Unlike other surgeons, Mr Southgate did not rely on an X Ray only, making sure he had also viewed an MRI Scan before recommending the procedure undertaken, which gave me confidence. He explained the risks involved beforehand and explained clearly how the procedure went afterwards.

Mr Crispin Southgate explain my operation very well which was easily understood. He was patient when I asked questions and gave me time to explain the procedure and what to expect in the aftermath of the operation.
