Overall experience has been amazingly good. I'd had two previous arthroscopies so thought I knew what to expect, but this time around I had literally zero pain post op, and a far quicker recovery than both previous times. I can't speak highly enough of Mr Bailey and would like to thank him again. It's also worth saying that all of the staff at the Sarum Road Hospital (outside Winchester) were absolutely wonderful. I'll be straight back if I need anything else doing. Thank you so much.

I went into the Nuffield Hospital Wessex for (right) total knee replacement surgery. I can say as I was an NHS patient I was a bit nervous as to what would happen. Mr Christopher Bailey did put me totally at ease and explained that i would not be treated any differently than anyone els. He explained exactly what would happen and then asked if I had any worries or concerns regarding my operation. When I told him my concerns he went through everything to reassure me that all would be fine and I would defiantly benefit from my operation . After My operation I saw him every day for a pop in visit and to check I was ok and on the mend. Mr Bailey has one of the nicest approch and has a very good kind bedside manor. I can not speak highly enough regarding my treatment and the after care I have received.

Very professional original appointment and diagnosis. Overall excellent outcome I was up and about on day 2 and fully mobile within 4 weeks after op. Now on week 8 post op part from occasional swelling my knee is 100% better than it was pre op. I managed a 4km walk on week 6 and was completely pain free for the first time in over a year.
