Prof Patel explained everything to the full, he treated me with respect and addressed any concerns. Prof Patel ensured I was at ease with my surgery before and fully explained the extent of the procedure afterwards as it was more complex.
Professor Patel put our minds at rest from the first appointment. His approach and honesty gave us complete confidence in his ability to complete the surgery safely and competently. He explained the whole procedure clearly and also explained the benefits and risks. In hospital, he was reassuring and gave an air of calm and confidence. We knew the procedure was going to be tricky but felt that we had been informed clearly about it and were very pleased with the excellent outcome. The aftercare was excellent and we felt in safe hands. Prof Patel is not just a highly competent surgeon, he is a genuinely lovely man and has a really caring and reassuring nature. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Professor Patel was extremely thorough and delight to talk to
A gentleman with gold fingers! A very calming voice, informative and encouraging man! A maestro in his field! I will never be able to thank him enough for that new start for me. Still healing but already feeling the benefits!
Helped me understand the causes of my illness and the nature of treatment required. He provided excellent care and advice throughout, with a high degree of professionalism and reassurance. While no-one enjoys being ill, his knowledge, manner and support made the whole process far less stressful than it could otherwise have been.
Prof Patel was very informative and explained my procedure at my consultation and then explained it again when I saw him before my operation, he made me feel at ease and would definitely recommend him to anyone having their gall bladder removed.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. Your review means a lot to us and lets us know we’re on the right track! Wishing you the very best for a quick recovery.
