He is a very experienced Doctor who managed my replacement knee surgery very professionally and expertly. The attention that I received was excellent. Some times I felt that I would have liked a little more time for discussion when I was with him but that is a minor point when viewed against the overall clinical care and outcome.

I thought the explanation was fine until I was asked a couple of questions by BUPA, for which I had to go back to Mr. Mann for answers. But no problem.
