Mr Chitnavis is extremely personable, patient, caring and understanding with an ability to read the room, see the bigger picture whilst also having a laser like focus on the issues at hand. He has a great bedside manner and will put you immediately at ease and take your concerns seriously. No matter how unsure/hesitant you might be about sharing your concerns (big/small) he is reassuring and encourages you to talk. Other doctors/consultants can sometimes come across a little dismissive, but Mr Chitnavis epitomises what every medical professional should be. He’s a rare find and a real asset to HCA.
