Mr Haq performed hernia repair, which has been a success. He has always been very friendly, taking the time to answer any questions that I may have. My only issue was that the recovery time was not as quick as initially indicated before the surgery, though I recognise that this varies by patient. Mr Haq’s secretary has also been very friendly and efficient, answering phone calls and emails promptly.

I have been suffering with severe post-surgical abdominal pain & other issues for a number of years but no-one was able to identify the underlying cause. Mr Haq was painstaking in listening to my symptoms rather than just relying on scans. He agreed to proceed with a minimally invasive diagnostic laparoscopy which not only identified the cause but he was also able to resolve it at the same time. Only 3 weeks post surgery I feel better then I have done in years. I am incredibly grateful for his concern, care & attention to detail.

Mr Haq made me feel very comfortable throughout the consultation. He explained everything in detail and ensured I was happy with the proposed next steps. He was very friendly and approachable and encouraged questions to ensure I understood all aspects of the diagnosis and treatment he proposed. I feel I am in very safe hands for the upcoming procedures.

    Patient seen for:
I consulted Mr Haq after being treated at a different hospital by several other doctors. I had had one operation but it seemed clear to me that it had not been successful. I found it difficult to get the doctors to take notice, even though I was in constant pain, with occasional periods of excruciating agony, and was relying on very strong painkillers. I went to Mr Haq for a second opinion. He immediately gave me a better impression than my previous consultations, giving me confidence that his recommended way forward was correct. Mr Haq operated on me and from that point my situation was transformed. I reduced my painkillers immediately, and cut them out completely shortly afterwards. I am very grateful and would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Haq to anybody in a similar situation.
