Very comfortable to talk to doctor and as a woman didn’t feel uncomfortable for check ups to be done

Mr Arvind Mittal was really thorough - my partner & I were really impressed with the level of care and detail that he showed. I often feel that doctors are trying to rush you out of the room but that wasn’t the case with Mr Mittal. He was more than happy to take the time to explain the situation and offer his guidance. He was kind and patient and most of all really thorough.

I was referred to Dr. Mittal after I explained my bleeding issue to my GP. Dr. Mitral gave me thorough check ups, full exams and explained well, very professional and reassuring. I am convinced that I am in safe hands.

He was reassuring and I was easily able to trust the advice he gave on things like pain, and support, and despite the uncomfortable and personal nature of the procedure I felt relaxed. His team were also very reassuring and I felt in safe hands with them all.

He was personally involved at all stages. He explained the procedures very well and fully answered any questions. He called my husband after the procedure and he called me the day after the operation to explain exactly what had been done and answer any further questions I had. I also had his personal number so I could reach him any time. I have a follow up appointment a week after the operation.

I can't thank enough for the special, excellent care dr Mittal had provided always for me. He had a very good communication skills and in a very professional manner, for my understanding, with pictures examples, listening to me and answering my questions. I have great confidence in you and your abilities. Thank you so so much for the great care yesterday and in all another times we meet and a big thank you for all you done on my surgery you permormed on me and also after.
