Friendly manner, clear explanation. Unfortunately did not wear his mask covering his nose and mouth properly even when standing close.
Thank you for the useful feedback. I apologise that you felt uneasy during the consultation due to improper fit of my mask. I believe in empowering my patients and am always open to useful suggestions. I would have appreciated if you had let me know at the time and I could have corrected it immediately so you and other patients would not have a similar experience. However, I am really thankful that you have taken the time to point out the issue when you felt comfortable. I have reflected on this and have started using a tape on my mask to secure it on my nose so it doesn't inadvertently slip down.

Completed a hysterectomy with Mr Mittal who explained fully what the procedure entailed which helped calm my nerves. He's been a great consultant throughout my entire journey.
