He was very informative and not at all rushed. He answered all my questions and helped relieve the pain I was in.

Before he started Mr Mittal explained what would happen during the procedure which helped me feel less anxious. Along with Mr Mittal the nursing staff were warm and friendly especially Susan who put me at my ease.

Mr Mittal on every occasion has made me feel calm and gave me a good understanding the procedures. His bedside manner is excellent and takes time to explain clearly what is happening and why. His follow up is very good and I feel listened to and understood.

DR Mittal, was amazing from initial consultation, to after care. He even went out of his way to message me the next day to make sure I was ok.
