I found Mr Jariwala to be very friendly and professional. He explained the treatments that were possible and the advantages and disadvantages of each, allowing me to make a decision. He spoke clearly and this helped me feel reassured. I have had a very good outcome from the surgery and am delighted with my elbow function. He has seen me regularly at clinics and visited me on the ward which was also reassuring. I feel confident that due to his expertise my function will be the best it could be after my accident.

Mr Jariwala was very professional but also friendly and approachable, explaining to my relative what the treatment options were and the pros and cons. He did this at a pace my relative could understand and in understandable language without jargon. The surgery was very successful and he reviewed her on the ward and at outpatients and was interested in her opinion and her experience. He came across as experienced, skilled and as having expertise and this combination instilled confidence and diminished anxiety.
