“I came to see Ant following what I believed to be quite a significant back injury from powerlifting. Ant and his team have been a tremendous help and had me back training pain-free in no time, and equipped me with exercises to integrate into my routine and sufficient knowledge to ensure that the same issue would not happen again. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. “

By far the best physio I've seen - and as an injury-prone runner, I've seen many. After four years out due to a spate of injuries, Ant and his team got me back on my feet again. They accurately identifed the issue and, rather than handing me off with a list of exercises, worked with me until it was solved. Thanks to them, I recently completed a half marathon, something which I'd previously thought impossible.

I have always found Ant really helpful in targeting the area that is causing me pain or discomfort. Ant also provides ideas of stretches or things I can adjust in my day to day to help prevent further issues with my back or hip. I have really enjoyed having Ant as a Physio over the past few years and will definitely resume our sessions when I move back to London.

Great experience! Ultimately they fixed my shoulder, but more than that, they managed to mix the expert medical support in a friendly, laid-back way so that I was confident and comfortable with plan and approach. They took time to understand problem and work out how best to treat it and answer all the questions along the way The open, friendly team approach, made the experience enjoyable (other than when muscles were being worked on) and I felt looked after. Will definitely look to go to Ant again.

From the initial consult and the subsequent treatment sessions, Ant was first class. I found him to be knowledgeable and compassionate. He diagnosed the issue quickly, provided therapy for the initial pain area and set about a programme of exercise to complete the recovery successfully.

Fantastic physio. Completely restored my faith and I now see them as indispensable to my health and wellbeing. Ant has always explained issues and underlying problems well and without being patronising and provides clear and practical ways to resolve them myself.
