Thank you so much for giving Mum her new hip. Your skill and expertise, along with your professionalism were greatly appreciated as were your lovely bedside manner and all the patience you showed both to Mum and myself at all the appointments. Mum is now able to walk round without the accompanying clicks and clonks and apart from a dull ache at times she is pain free. You have given her a new lease of life and she has been able to enjoy her gardening again as well as being able to get around independently without the aid of walkers. You made a potentially traumatic experience bearable for Mum and she used to look forward to her appointments with you and all the staff at Fairfield hospital, whereas she dreaded medical appointments elsewhere. Thank you so much for making her feel special, for taking such good care of her and making her life more comfortable (not to mention answering my never ending list of questions as well!) I only hope that if or when I need a full hip replacement you are still working as I wouldn’t hesitate to come and see you! Many, many thanks. Wishing you and your team all the very best and have a lovely Christmas!

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Gambhir - a consummate and skilled professional, who gave me the utmost confidence at every stage of my procedure: in the pre-op consultation, on the day of my surgery and in his follow-up care.

I was so pleased that I chose Mr Gambhir for my bespoke knee replacement. He took the time to explain to me the options and what the surgery entailed. He has an excellent manner and is very reassuring making it an easy choice for me to proceed to the knee replacement. The surgery itself was very straight forward and 4 months' post surgery I was able to walk between 6000 and 10000 steps per day. I am so pleased with my outcome and the fact that I feel I have my life back to how it was pre-surgery. I can't thank Mr Gambhir enough, he is amazing!

Mr Gambhir made me feel completely at ease from the moment I met him. He took time to explain all available options and when a course of action was decided upon I had full confidence in him. I walked, or rather limped, into his office for my initial consultation with some considerable pain. Now, seven weeks after surgery to replace my left hip, I am completely pain free and walking without crutches. Despite my initial concerns about having surgery, Mr Gambhir assured me that this was the right decision and that the bespoke prothesis would improve my pain and increase my leg length, thus eliminating my noticeable limp.

Mrs Gambhir carried out a full hip replacement for me on 17th October and by 15th November I was only using one crutch and sometimes one stick. I cannot say enough good about him. From my first assessment appointment to my six week follow up appointment he has been very professional, very human and very clear with his explanations. He made me feel well looked after and very confident in his abilities which have certainly been proven. I cannot fault him. He has made what was initially to be a frightening experience into something which was very manageable for which I cannot thank him enough.

Very considerate and understanding. Mum has dementia but he took time to carefully explain and answer all Mums questions. No hesitation in him doing Mums other hip!
