Very good consultation pre op

Mr Alwyn D'Souza was a very professional and polite doctor who made me feel very comfortable from the very first appointment when it came to dealing with my health issue. He answered all of my questions and assured my worries. Within no time, he gave me a solution to my issue and would highly recommend him.

I had a very good experience with Doctor D'Souza. Couldnt hear well from 1 ear since a bit. He fixed both my ears (earwax stucked on ear drums) which allowed me to hear well my daughter born few days after. Awesome! Recommend. 5☆

I had my initial consultation with Mr D'Souza, which was a free 15 minute one. Immediately on entering the room, he told me I did not have to rush and that he would give me as much time as I needed to answer my questions. Mr D'Souza has a lovely manner. He listened to all my concerns as well as managing my expectations. It was a total pleasure to meet him and he allayed all my fears. I saw him again a few months later as I need a bit of re-assurance and had some further questions. Again, he was extremely patient and was happy to spend time with me. Mr D'Souza instilled confidence and made me feel at ease.
