I wanted to write to you, to thank you, Mr Akash Patel, and the entire team at Royal Free London who gave me superb treatment and fantastic care before during and after my total knee replacement at the Royal Free Hospital on 15th July 2020. I wanted to take time and trouble to praise Mr A Patel in particular who made a point of seeing me, and gave me the full benefit of his personal care. I found him to be very caring, thorough and dedicated to the welfare of his patients. I know that too often hospital trusts receive complaints rather than compliments, so I thought that this time I will make sure you receive praise! Thanking you very much for looking after me and providing me the best care.
