Mr Ali made the effort to visit me in the ward both before and after the treatment. He was both friendly and reassuring and explained things in a way which I could understand. As he was also the surgeon he was able to fully answer any questions.

Mr. Ali goes out of his way to explain his diagnosis and proposed treatment in a way which is easy for me as his patient to understand. He answers questions straightforwardly and uses language which is easy to follow. He is friendly and outgoing.

Mr Ali always explained exactly what was going to happen in my procedures, which was very reassuring, as I was quite worried about what the procedure would entail. In my follow up appointments, Mr Ali explained everything very clearly to me. Mr Ali has a lovely bedside manner, which immediately put me at ease.
