Mr Kersey performed a cataract operation on 10th June 2020 at Frimley Park Hospital parkside .The operation went through smoothly .There were a lot of care and precautions by staff due to Covid. I am now wearing no glasses whereas previously I was badly short sighted

We have been under the care of Mr Kersey for a few years now. Both my wife and I developed cataracts as we aged and Mr Kersey performed the operations to remove the original eye lenses and replace them with artificial ones. This was done in exemplary manner. My wife then developed glaucoma and he has treated this successfully. All along his manner has been friendly and helpful. He has adjusted the treatment regime as needed in order to iron out minor problems. He has also been diligent in identifying small issues, not directly connected with the main complaint, explaining why these have arisen and providing immediate on-the-spot fixes. More recently I have developed some (dry) macular degeneration. He has directed me to diet supplements that may help to slow its onward march. He has also instituted a regular regime of measurement checks and assessments to deal with any complications that may arise. His manner inspires confidence - friendly but diligent and efficient. He also benefits from a good support team, making assessments and dealing with the bureaucracy.

I found Mr Kersey to be professional, very clear at explaining the procedure and putting me at ease. Most importantly the operation was a success.

Found him very thorough in his investigation and he explained what the procedures were for. He discussed his findings which was helpful in everyday language and what course of treatment he thought appropriate. Very reassuring

On first meeting Mr. Kersey he explained all the procedures for my surgery fully and clearly to me and in a friendly manner, which helped put me at ease straight away. I was very satisfied with the treatment I received throughout along with the booking procedures made by his Secretary, Suzanne Quilter. I would highly recommend Mr. Kersey to anyone who is contemplating eye surgery.

I have been seen by Mr Kersey many times over the years as I have glaucoma which means I need regular checkups to ensure the glaucoma is not worsening and to ensure the pressures in my eyes are stable. These visits take place under the NHS at the hospital. I do not see him every time, but over the years it has been around a dozen times. Over the last two or three years I have consulted with Mr Kersey privately over things which were worrying me. I wished to have the benefit of Mr Kersey's attention urgently. In both the NHS clinics and his private clinic I have found him to be attentive to my needs, open to discussion, and I have always come away the better for seeing him. I value his expertise highly.

I have been under the care of Mr Kersey since 2016 and have complete faith in his care and well being of my eyesight. He always has time to answer my questions and I come away from my appointments reassured that I'm in good hands.

I have been having consultations with Mr Kersey on a regular basis for over 5 years. He has done trabeculectomies & other procedures to both my eyes. I have total confidence in his abilities and he is always very pleasant and helpful.
