Quite simply the Don of Laparoscopy work. The Surgeon's Surgeon. I felt totally at ease the whole time I was under his care, his explanations were clear and concise and he couldn't do enough to make sure my post operation care was as excellent as the pre-operation care. In future, I refuse be cut open by anyone else.

Having never experienced intrusive surgery Mr El Hasani was reassuring, clear and transparent about my procedure and explained all of the positives and negatives relating to the surgery. Any questions I had were given compassionately whilst at the same time ensuring I remained comfortable with the elected procedure. Having proceeded and now recovered there is nothing i could have asked more of Mr El Hasani and indeed the team working with him.

I found Mr. El Hasani's calm, confident manner very reassuring and felt I was making an informed decision to have the procedure.

Mr Shamsi El Hasani made me feel at ease and had a great bedside manner. Explaining the process from start to finish. He was also happy to see me as an emergency patient before surgery as I though I had an infection. I didn’t but he was reassuring and happy for me to come in. It wasn’t too much for him and said he would rather see me than not!
