I was not looking forward to having this surgery but I found the whole experience reasonable. All the staff, including yourself, were very kind and reassuring . The waiting times to see yourself, for the assessment and then for the surgery were all very good. I do not have any fear of having this done again.

I was apprehensive about the surgery but found the whole experience non-threatening. The staff were considerate, gentle and the atmosphere was friendly and reassuring. Well done! I shan't worry about the next eye operation. I did appreciate that Mr Pasu talked about what was happening.
