Professor Brownson was informative and explained my diagnosis in-depth. He arranged for a small procedure to be carried out and coordinated for me to also receive physiotherapy. Following my treatment I have made an excellent recovery and seen Professor Brownson for a follow appointment.

Professor Brownson was very helpful and explained the problem and possible treatment options. The barbotage procedure was successful. My range of movement has improved. There was some residual pain which he gave me a steroid injection for. I am very happy with the overall experience.

Excellent service and care during the operation and subsequent after care

I attended Professor Brownson's clinic at Spire Hospital having had my arm in pop for nearly 4 weeks. I had suffered a dislocation of the elbow and a fracture. The prognosis was not favourable as I had been in plaster for so long and I was not due to have an NHS appointment for a further 7 weeks which would have been disastrous. The pop was removed immediately and a course of physio undertaken. 4 weeks on I have a full functional arm for which I will be eternally grateful. The speed and quality of the service that I received was first class and was delivered in a friendly and professional environment. I could not recommend any higher.
