10 years ago (aged 49) I ruptured my ACL whilst skiing and feared it would hamper my active, sporting life style for ever. Mr Trikha expertly and successfully repaired my ACL and I have enjoyed 10 years of active life since then, skiing, running, hiking and cycling. I have recently had ACL reconstruction with Paul Trikha and he was absolutely brilliant throughout. Very easy to speak to and very re assuring.

I am a 60yr old lady and had a total knee replacement at the end of June 2023. I had set myself a target of climbing Ben Nevis 12 weeks and 3 days after the surgery to raise money for Marie Curie.
