Mr Ballard has given me lots of help, support and guidance over the past two years with my menopausal /HRT issues. When I first saw him I was really frightened and concerned by an issue I had, but he soon put me at ease. When I had a minor procedure linked with my gynaecological issue, I was given a full explanation of what was to happen. I always have felt scared and apprehensive about procedures and going into hospital but Mr Ballard and the rest of his colleagues but me at ease. Whenever I have an appointment with him, he takes time to explain things carefully (I am not a medical expert) and I never feel rushed or that my queries are silly.

Mr Ballard puts his patients at ease at an anxious time, which is a great quality. He explained everything clearly and wasn’t patronising! I can’t recommend him strongly enough.
