About Mr Joseph Devereux
Mr Joseph Devereux is a Consultant Opthalmologist based in Kent, UK. He qualified as a doctor in 1991 from the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine in London, before going on to complete his speciality training in Opthalmology. During this time, he also worked as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Ophthalmology, Moorfields Eye Hospital, and at the University of London. He took the opportunity to gain experience working in Mongolia, and spent two years running a glaucoma surgery trial in Singapore.

He led the Ophthalmology Department at East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust for five years, and currently works as a Consultant Opthalmologist across a number of highly reputable hopsitals in Kent.
