Qualifications
Graduated from the London Hospital 1971 and obtained the FRCS (England) in 1977 and the MS (London) in 1984. This was by thesis entitled "Chemotherapy of Experimental Colorectal Cancer". On the basis of this work he was the Arris and Gale Lecturer and Medalist for The Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1985.
He was a Consultant General Surgeon at Wexham Park Hospital, Slough with a special interest in colorectal surgery. He was President of the Section of Coloproctology of The Royal Society of Medicine and now continues in private practice at The Spire Thames Valley Hospital, The Princess Margaret Hospital and DoctorNow at The Beaconsfield Clinic.
