Mr Lancer treated me with the utmost respect, he listened intensley to my issues and was very reassuring in his dealings with me. He really went the extra mile explaining every detail of my problem and how we could resolve it with an operation, he likes to tell you of any side effects that may arise so you are made fully aware before you decide to go ahead with the operation.
