Miss Ivaz is everything a patient wants from a modern consultant/surgeon: approachable and responsive; very reassuring; generous with her time and explanations; and open to all discussion and questioning. The antithesis of the stereotypical aloof consultant of yesteryear, she is also technically excellent, and provided a fantastic outcome for me. Can't recommend highly enough.
